Questions you may have:

Is it safe for children?
Yes - we carry children right down to babies. We have small lifejackets, though we would remind you to make sure they are wrapped up well as the wind can chill little ones. Our son is 7 and simply loves being out on the boat with mummy and daddy!

What if I feel unwell?
Please just let the crew know if you become unwell or unhappy and we will help as much as we can. If you are very unhappy or unwell, we will simply come back into shore and drop you off without any fuss.

What if I have a medical condition?
We are able to carry people who are less able and those with various medical conditions. However, you must let us know in the office if you have a condition. We can then relay this information to the shore crew and skipper, who may offer advice. It is very important for the skipper to know of any condition so that s/he can tailor the trip to your needs.  Ultimately, though, the decision to partake in the trip is yours.

What if the weather is bad?
If you are unsure whether your trip will happen, please ring the office. If we have to cancel a trip because of weather or logistical or commercial reasons, we will do our best to accommodate you on another trip. If this is not possible, we will give you a full refund. If you cancel your trip refunds will be at our discretion.
